1. Using Konsa

By using this website you agree to these terms. Konsa is free for shoppers. You may use it for your own buying decisions; copying the catalogue, prices or scores in bulk (scraping) or reselling them is not allowed without our written permission.

2. Prices, scores and AI answers

Prices come from public Pakistani shop listings and dealers and show the date they were last checked. Prices change often; the final price, warranty and stock are always decided by the shop.
Konsa Score and comparisons are our editorial opinion based on specifications, price and user feedback. They are not paid for — dealers and brands cannot buy a better score.
AI answers ("Konsa loon?", voice and photo questions) are generated automatically and can be wrong. Treat them as advice, not a promise.

3. Dealers and "Best price maango"

When you ask for a best price, your request goes to up to 3 matching dealers who may contact you on WhatsApp or phone. Any deal is between you and the dealer — Konsa is not a seller and does not take payment for products.
Never pay a full advance to someone you have not verified. If a dealer behaves badly, tell us at info@arqodigital.com and we will review and can remove them.

4. Accounts (Mera Konsa and Dealer login)

You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under your login. We may suspend accounts that post fake reviews, spam dealers or misuse the site.

5. Dealer listing terms

Dealers must give a real shop name, city and WhatsApp number and may only list categories they actually sell. We approve listings manually and may refuse or remove any listing.
Basic listing is free for the first month. Paid plans (for example Featured, Rs 3,000/month) are billed monthly in advance and activated after payment is confirmed by our team. There are no automatic charges; a plan ends if it is not renewed.
Leads are shared in good faith; we do not guarantee a number of leads or sales. A paid month that has already started is not refunded, except for billing mistakes, which we always refund in full.
Dealers must contact buyers only about the product they asked for and must not share buyer details with anyone else.

6. Reviews, polls and content you post

Reviews must be your honest experience. No fake reviews, abuse, hate, personal information or advertising. We check reviews before they appear and may edit length or remove any review. By posting you allow us to show your review on Konsa and in Konsa share cards.

7. Affiliate links

Some "Buy" buttons link to online shops such as Daraz. If you buy after clicking, the shop may pay us a small commission. This never changes your price and never changes a product's score.

8. Liability

Konsa is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, ARQO is not responsible for losses from relying on a price, score or answer, or from any deal with a dealer or shop. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify products.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with courts in Karachi having jurisdiction. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
